It is CLEAR Isaiah R. Hilliard was indicted, here in black & white.

First, she contacted WDTV, channel 5 to ask why he was not included.

Then, she also reached out to WBOY, Channel 12 News.

These are the events that make my skin crawl… the most recent with our county prosecutor’s office. We all desperately wanted to believe that everything had changed when we finally got ourselves a new Prosecutor in Harrison County. Right? I know I certainly had high hopes. How foolish of me.

Then, I see things such as this & the reality of those who are still right and able to pull strings behind the scenes do such without any culpability. No sort of facing the music when it comes to public exposure! Can’t allow that, now can they!!

Could it have been a simple oversight?
What do you think?

What we have here is a nasty mishmash of those who remain in power doing their very best to deny those young women the right to all & any kind of public WIN, despite them earning it. Not to mention any sort of public embarrassment to the current Chief of Clarksburg’s Police Department. These young women were forced to endure more than their fair share of hostility due to the dirty pool tactics of Isaiah Hilliard’s defense lawyer as I understand, the one which Chief Hilliard hired. After all, if you have worked with the man for years, given he is the former prosecutor you know exactly what you are going to get. SMH

I am told, that is why “he” is hired primarily by those who are guilty as homemade sin… all in the hopes that those who have been abused, assaulted, & raped will walk away “of their own volition” AKA in fear of his reputation. That man has earned one hell of a notoriety amongst the criminal element, thanks to his ability to coerce those he knows within the system, manipulate laws, & vindicate criminals through those aforementioned actions.

Who the hell tries to make a 4-year-old go in to testify in front of her abuser? THAT defense lawyer, while a judge nearly allowed it. (Another case for those who were confused.)
Thank you, Deputy Waybright, for being an OUTSTANDING Law Enforcement Officer which did NOT allow that to happen on your watch.

For those which may have missed the dog and pony show… you can see for yourselves EXACTLY what I alluded to in my earlier statement. Keep in mind, I just had this article shared with me, nearly an hour after writing this piece originally.

When you read that article you can witness just how chummy the two of them are with one another. A working relationship is good, but this feels extraordinarily different to me. I want to be wrong, I simply fear that I am not.

Dog & Pony Show

These are the moments that I remember WHY I took up writing for those who need me, right here in Clarksburg… here in Harrison County West, by God, Virginia. Remember, who you are, CommUnity… you have so very much more power than you realize!!

A Real Reason to Rage Against the NFL

Wherever you stand, or kneel, on Kap’s protest, it’s clear he hasn’t disrupted some longstanding NFL tradition of honoring the flag. Taxpayers should be furious and John Moore should be kicked out of office immediately! Oh yeah, but they bank on the people not doing their job and that’s the only way these people win.

Arizona Sens. John McCain and Jeff Flake began looking into the Defense Department’s spending of taxpayer dollars on military tributes in June after they discovered the New Jersey Army National Guard paid the New York Jets $115,000 to recognize soldiers at home games.

But, after you dig deeper, you learn the DOD spent $53 million on marketing and advertising contracts with sports teams from 2012 to 2015, the report found, but that also included legitimate ad campaigns such as stadium signs and social media mentions. However, it also included $6.8 million in contracts that contained activities the senators considered “inappropriate” patriotism for profit.

The NFL is getting taxpayer subsidies in other forms as well, such as through stadium subsidies. In fact, many Nevada politicians who people perceive to be supportive of freedom and liberty voted for the stadium bill. Michele Fiore was an aye and John Moore was an aye.

While the video is pulled, the article is worth the read.

Instead of pouring money into this farce, why didn’t they pour the money into our VA hospital system to actually take care of our returning military? 7 Billion in subsidies on stadiums, we all know that the NFL was a nonprofit until 2015. Through the government, we funded 17 percent of the stadium’s total cost. This is a SERIOUS case of our government awarding them to take part in political games! This was wrong. People want to know why our national debt is so out of control, THIS is why. Games such as these!

And for you who worship Snopes…
That site has been debunked so many times & continues to be proven as nothing more than a false propaganda machine. Look at all the citations I provided! Get wise!

What really burns my hind end is all of the spousal abuse, rape, dog fighting, gambling, drinking and driving, fighting, and only God knows what else… and it is only NOW that the NFL cares about social justice.

It NEVER stops! Corporatocracy is repugnant… you will WANT to read this BS.

My Dream is happening – Ready or Not!

Proud to say, I grew up teething on German Shepherd ears… in a family full of German Shepherds & two Sealyham Terriers. Behaviorism comes naturally to me, I grew up as a proper member of the pack. I learned my place… by having bottles knocked out of my hands in the “tail whip zone” when I was a toddler, by being dragged around by my nightgowns by jubilant adolescent playful pups with zero spatial awareness, and being herded back into the yard by adult dogs aware of the dangers of the road, God Bless them. I know the intelligence of dogs because they helped to raise me! They were just as much family as my blood relatives. God made dogs more loyal, loving, and kind than people give them credit!

I have been taking in “strays” for as long as I can remember. I took my first official k9 obedience classes with the 4H at thirteen-years-old. I admit, my GSD Kilo and I didn’t win first place. However, that class ignited a passion in me that burns even now. I have since then taken every class & weekend convention I have been able to afford. I took every class on Ft Bragg that I was able to get my hind end into. I absorbed everything and regret nothing. I love it. I took the dogs that failed out of their programs and found them homes, both locally in Fayetteville & one even here in Harrison County WV. Even now, I do my very best to find those furkids that I rehome the most loving, suitable homes imaginable. Of course, there are always those who don’t understand what it takes to accept a lost soul into their home, don’t hold up their end of the contract, or even lie. Some how, God has managed to look out for those fur-babies thus far and for that, I am and will remain eternally grateful. I will continue to be ever-vigilant in this quest to find fur-ever homes for those who wander across my path.

When I moved back home to Harrison County in 2010, I had no idea things would twist & turn as they have. But, once again, I am thankful for the amazing people that I have met through my very own beloved Furkid and Sd, Drachon Carla O’Dell gifted to me. Then, I met Lori Canepa Dendy and that is when my own life changed forever. I met and became the mother of my very own Segen thanks to her and for that, I am eternally grateful. I have since been blessed to rescue, rehab and rehome a great many dogs through our shared network. What a ride it has been!

First Eli and Cooper;

I was asked to foster two GSDs that came into Animal Control thanks to Elizabeth Keough. After recognizing how well I worked with dogs who had been abused and neglected, she asked me to rescue those I had been fostering. Stephen was certain those two high-drive pups would be impossible to separate into two different homes while having them flourish independently of one another. Thankfully, I was able to prove those preconceived notions wrong. Oh, ye of little faith! 😉

Now, both Buttercup and Tyler are in amazing homes, working daily as seizure alert and assist service dogs to their handlers. I have a standing agreement with the AC Director to rescue, rehab, and home those misunderstood “high-drive” GSDs in the hopes of training those which can be into Service Dogs for those truly in need. What dogs I have been working with have been not only a success but a profound achievement in their placements.

Bear into Goliath;

Knowing health insurances will not pay for Service Dogs will ensure my vision is not only a viable program but an absolute Godsend to those in need. As well as the dogs being rescued from certain euthanasia—to find a perfect place for their work drive, a job to facilitate all that endless energy upon helping a family truly in need. Due to the length and intensity of this training, purchasing a service dog can be exceptionally pricey – anywhere from $15,000 to $50,000 – and as we already deduced they are not covered by any health insurance. Service dogs’ expenses can be deducted from your taxes and there are many other ways to defray the costs;

Most training organizations refuse to work with anyone who needs a dog who 14 or ^ with age appropriate cognitive ability as well as being able to independently command and handle a Service Dog. They must not have any other animals in the home. The average wait time on these waiting lists can range from one to fifteen years. Can you even imagine waiting fifteen years for the help you need? These demands leave out a great number of souls that could & would be most helped by furkids. Janice Bostic, one of my nearest & dearest can now tell you! Not to mention, I get those who want a Service Dog in on the training process. This is anything but a run of a mill Service Dog Training Organization that I wish to build with the families in need!

I am in absolute love with this “mission.” As a sick chick who has a full-time service dog myself, I would prefer to do this with my time. I spend as I can manage this even when I am not at 100% able-bodied due to my own chronic health issues. A K9 understands the needs of his/her pack members.

With proper networking, I know “we” can pull this off! I have spoken to a dear friend who just so happens to be an attorney. He has agreed to do the legal work to get this Nonprofit’s necessary paperwork completed and filed. Then we will have “From K9s to Furkids” up and running without everything coming out of our own families’ pockets without the benefit of tax deductions. That would allow all of us to garner assistance from volunteers, donations, and to begin fundraising events instead of everything being so very “hand to mouth” as is the case currently.

We have covered the very first order of business raising $400.00 to file the papers to become a 501(3)c! Thank you! You know who you are! ❤

To donate after this evening, your donation will be tax-deductible! 😀

The very next step would be to raise the funds to build a year round working kennel/training arena; it would be nestled between the house & the wood shop as to not compromise the beautiful yard.

Having already done the basic research, I know a basic building costs $4,500 to $5,500. Then, we can begin the efforts of laying a concrete foundation, then heating/cooling and windows. Obviously, I have already put earnest thought into this as a sincere future for myself as well as those families and k9s this effort will be helping well into the future. This is as I understand it, not only the very first SD Training Center of its kind by using rescue dogs, it is also the first where it will be incorporating the families in the actual training process to assist in the bonding & boosting of confidence of our soon-to-be handlers! ❤

I look forward to speaking with you & your family, then working with you all in the future. We all have the lives of dogs to save as well as the quality of so many human lives to change for the better! Let’s get to it!

What is Most Important?

What is most important?
This is an important question, so think deeply!

OUR PEOPLE; being fed, housed, safe, healthy, clothed, educated, loved, sane, and happy all in a way of life that will ensure all can continue. However all of that iis in SERIOUS danger given how horrid the left and right are refusing to so much as communicate with one another.

Look around, Dear God… just look around. Thank God, I’m an Independent.

Conditioning, Indoctrination, and corruption are everywhere we look. Mainly because of the television and radio bringing it into our very homes at all times of day & night – Programming. We believe EVERYONE is out to get us. Everything is out to get us.

We are taught to FEAR!! Fear everything!! We are fed that lie by the mainstream media, despite the murder rates being the lowest they have been in over 60 years; you would certainly NEVER know it! We are taught how to act socially normal by the “stars” on television. You are supposed to WANT to be like them, to emulate all they do and say; including their addictions, piss-poor morals, lack of standards, any sort of ethics, selfish greed, lack of empathy, and all held together with raging eating disorders & narcissism… after all it’s fashionable! I say no thank you! My parents raised me to march to the beat of my own drum for a reason; Originals are worth so much more than a cheap knockoff.

If you are a part of my world, you are very much an original. So here is what we are going to do my lovelies! Surely you all have some nature of children in your life of some type? Sons, Daughters? No? Then what about nieces, nephews, God-children, cousins, friend’s kids, etc. Yes, wee-ones.
Those are the tiny lil things that piddle, snot, and scream should you dare to mishandle them.
I’m going to let you in on a little secret, for years I have pretended to not be much of a fan. But, truth be told I am the very best auntie in the ENTIRE world. Ask any one of my nieces or nephews, they will tell you in a VERY excited tone how wonderful I am. I throw down this gauntlet with googly eyes to you one and all, my terribly original & beloved kin.

Take the treasured children in your life to teach them the real value of nature, imagination, quiet time in shared whispers, loud laughter, or even reading a book… AWAY from the te’LIE‘vision.

Teach them the true value of elders, for so few understand until it is far too late and the wisdom they hold can only be shared during their golden years! I was best friends with my Grandfather and both of my Grandmothers. Thanks to them, I’ve always been wise beyond my years. That is something that NO ONE else on earth can provide you, except your elders. Appreciate them for the rare and extremely dated gift that they are because they are only here with you for a very short time.

Take them to volunteer at a local homeless shelter so they may learn what it means to have nothing, and they will learn to appreciate EVERYTHING! Every year the day after my birthday party, my mom would have me go through all of my old toys and do a count. In order to make room for my new toys that I got for my birthday, we would donate that many of my old toys to a local charity. It was always my favorite thing to do because I got to pick them, clean them up, make them beautiful again, and then we got to deliver them to the charity. Only then did I get to come home and put away the new toys I got for my birthday. Honestly, that part wasn’t nearly as fun for me. My parents are amazing! They really raised the bar for “out of the box” parenting! I can never thank them enough for raising me as they did.

Take those children you hold the most precious in your life with a large box of crayons, a pack of construction paper, & tape. That way you all can draw art as you visit the HEROES and also brighten up their rooms at the local VA hospital. To learn such a life lesson as what it means to cheer up someone’s life which has made a real SACRIFICE for what they believed to be their country… only to learn later they may have been lied to and it was too late with their name on the dotted line. As your child’s tiny hands draw them as the great American hero they intended to become, in your child’s eyes they truly ARE that real American HERO much will be resolved in that soldier’s injured soul. By letting the Heroes know they are not FORGOTTEN, they are still loved, appreciated, and able to lay their personal sins aside, despite their situation, age, injury, or dis-ease they are still a part of the ONENESS that is our United States of America. That action alone will greatly diminish the suicide rate of our troops coming home… of this I assure you!

Children possess so much true power through their absolute perfect and COMPLETE LOVE; if only we allow them to be free with their ideas, energy, and intuition! Children need to be taught to think, not what to think! Children are born as individuals already, intact souls; you need only look a baby in the eyes to fully realize that! Far too many parents force a child into a cycle of dysfunction that they themselves were forced into as children – being a parent gives you the opportunity to BREAK that cycle. Recognize that opportunity, embrace it!

Teach those tiny eyes & itty bitty fingers to be grateful & curious for the creepy crawly bugs at the beginning of spring that come up from the dirt alongside the flowers. Never grossed out nor fearful, curiosity and compassion is far better!! Teach them to sing, draw, and dance when it rains outside, as that rain is what helps the flowers to grow; never be bored nor embarrassed! Once the rain stops, put on mud boots and go outside to make mud pies in full appreciation of the circle of life! Plant flower seeds in those mud pies and water them every day after, until you see the fruits of your labor of love! Plant those mud pies together and watch those flowers bloom together as nature’s  natural works of art!

THESE are the acts of kindness which will turn our world around from the mess we find ourselves!

It’s time and not money that children crave… if only more parents would understand that. It would be nice if you had nicer things, but in the end… things are just things, and none of us can take them with us. So, spend your time wisely as children are only young once, and you are forging a human being! Be wise about it!

You are literally holding the future in your hands! We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we are merely borrowing it from our children… and their children… and so on!

If you find this outpouring of my soul, heart, & mind worthy of passing along, please do so. I wrote the original of this, in April of 2013, I am only now editing to put on WordPress recognizing how much the world needs a lift. Let’s keep this message positive!! Furthermore, can we see how far it will go in the hopes of making the right kind of difference?! ♥

Thank you!

Mankind Is Our Vessel

“You cannot pour from an empty vessel.”

As an advocate, I am told this tidbit of advice regularly as I am overly generous in all ways and those of whom know me best know I will give until there is nothing left to give.

Yet, when it comes to governance that very same philosophic principle is disregarded and perceived as some sort of ill-conceived council or downright selfish. What is even more confusing is when it comes to the taxpayer’s coffer’s when citizens are having both an obesity and starvation epidemic simultaneously; the war on drugs is over as true profiteering big pharma won. How is it we expect our politicians to be proper advocates for each of us if we refuse them the same advice we give to our best advocates? We expect them to play by an entirely different set of rules as the media calls them racist for looking after their constituents and keeping their promises. This is why so very many were voting against their own best interests for so very long and so many continue to do such. Why we have the endless choice betwixt Dumb and Dumber for political candidates while our mainstream media are all shills.

We have been conditioned by ourselves, the federal system, and the social construct that our world has become thanks to the elites constant meddling with their neverending pocket change. We have become little more than rats in their maze; the worst part is that we have yet to recognize the pawns, to stop playing each singular piece as it hurts. We will lose pieces from the board as we continue and as terrifying as that may be, we have no more choice now than we have at any point in our nation’s history. Life has become a brutal game of Chess, all thanks to the various elite and their infernal endless wars, their endless tit for tat, and their damned games.

So, strap in, hug loved ones,
take a deep breath & remember;

We are ALL in this Together

Below is what I can only hope and PRAY that we are undertaking as Americans:

We no longer seek to force our way of life on anyone but instead prefer to allow it radiate as a precedent so that others might learn to treat their own citizens with more basic rights and respect before sending so much of their resources and wealth into other countries. We wish to raise our basic standard of living for our own countrymen so that we can be a living representation of what we wish to bring forth to the rest of the world. We cannot pour from an empty vessel… but in time, our vessel will once again run over then we will once again gladly share with the world generously. We simply ask that you give us the time and respect to collect ourselves.

Thank you,

The United States of America

The “Rebelution” Will NOT be Televised

Journalist Jon Ziegler is the latest to be abused by Morton County Sheriff’s Department in their desecration of the United States Constitution in the name of BIG $$ corporations.

1. Standing Rock’s Barricades were breached Weds night/Thus Morning by Law Enforcement

2. Ziegler’s name can be heard shouted from the MCSD right before the phone he was live streaming from is hit with a rubber bullet – his finger broken, bloody, and was shot twice more in the leg.

3. Ziegler & one other was taken to the ER.

Members of the 4th Estate, any and all who dare to tread near Standing Rock to cover the happenings of Water Protectors by local law enforcement have been made painstakingly aware of all risks they are undertaking. How many members of the “Free Press” have you seen kept out of the country, wrongfully arrested, charged, assaulted, and even shot at Standing Rock since the movement NoDapl has begun? TOO MANY! The nonstop harassment to those which dance in the mainstream, still daring to show up, report the happenings to educate the good citizens of the atrocities occurring? Only for Amy Goodman to be issued an arrest warrant the very next time she dared to set foot in the county again. Which was ruled to be bunk, only to be written another immediately, this time for a riot? All in the hopes of sending a crystal clear message to all journalists “Do not come here.” Thank God we are a steadfast breed that refuses to back off/down.
(Well, some of us!)

In the wee hours of Thursday morning, Jonathan Ziegler, @Rebelutionary Z, was singled out by these infamous thugs in uniform to be added to their “Scroll of Sacrilegious Suffering” AKA the latest in the long list of press who has been victimized by this sham of a sheriff’s department for courageously doing their jobs as journalists.

Elaboration on the Breach

On Backwater Bridge just north of Oceti Sakowin Camp has been the Sheriff’s chosen barricade for months, the rule has been unspoken yet LOUD & CLEAR; law enforcement stays north while the water protectors say south of that barricade. MCSD decided to try out a new strategy on Wednesday night; breaking the very rule that they themselves laid out. They came south of the barricade to remove & steal a tipi. The water protectors went to the bridge, then demanded that it be returned as it was in fact, their property. Who wouldn’t be a might bit ticked? The law enforcement officers refused to return the stolen property, does anyone else see how bizarre this situation became at this point?

Another group began erecting another tipi where the last stood. At that point, the second crossing of the barricade began as “police” reportedly went to the south side of the barricade once again. Then out of nowhere, began shooting, granted using rubber bullets against the water protectors to stop any progress in assembling that tipi. They were looking for a reason, any reason to open fire on peaceful people. Unable to find a cognitive and logical reason, they created one; stealing a tipi. This action that “law enforcement” used, and boy, do I use that term loosely, led to a standoff that went on for hours until the “officers” would once again cross the barricade for the third time.

Ziegler was a total rockstar throughout this backwater BS of an operation, doing what good journalists do!! He was covering the story; Livestreaming ( for the majority of the wannabe lynch mob in modern day America! We are still in the USA, right? “Land of the Free“ here in 2017? I haven’t time traveled? (Sorry) I had to throw that in there for the WOKE readers!!

It was the third livestream when everything went to hell in a hand basket. Jon Ziegler actually managed to film himself being shot three times with rubber bullets! **growl**

The “Rebelution” will NOT be Televised- It Will Be LiveStreamed

I am a passionate woman as if you couldn’t tell by my writing… this entire ordeal worked me up and ticked me off. I could never and would NEVER stand beside an officer of the law who wasn’t capable of respecting the Constitution.

You will see “LEOs” moving towards the unarmed Water Protectors all while using pepper spray, using the wind to further the weapon. At the 40 second mark, I clearly heard someone from the LEO’s side call,“Jon Ziegler.” Granted, it is rather muddied when it is followed up by other officers yelling, but if you listen for “fall back” mere seconds after, you can’t miss Ziegler’s profanity as he is shot three times with nonlethal rounds. After you see his hand, you will QUICKLY understand his profanity and call out for a MEDIC!

Morton County Sheriff’s Department Shoot Journalist Jon Ziegler

Injury vs Hurt

The moment you see the photo, you recognize Ziegler isn’t hurt, he is injured. He needs medical attention, first a medic… then?

No Ambulances were available so they were driven – Many other injuries, across the camp, were handled by medics on site.

I am so tired of the American Public getting things entirely clouded because they have one bit of misinformation and latch onto like a dog with a bone.
So, I am going to make a statement that will no doubt make this article UNPOPULAR with the water protectors… only it shouldn’t.

Where you stand in regard to the DAPL is not the main priority when the activities of the MCSD oversteps all moral and ethical bounds as law enforcement. The First Amendment is first in the Bill of Rights for a reason. It is vital for free people to exercise those rights listed without restriction. If you are so very conditioned that you are INCAPABLE of comprehending that, then you are no longer an American. You are now nothing more than a corporate drone, you are a slave to the almighty dollar.

I live in the heart of the Appalachia if you don’t take what work is available you starve to death. I get it, I HATE IT but, I get it.

How about we stop being absolute uncaring jackasses to one another so we can start seeing the larger picture as Americans for once? Is it even possible?
Rubber Bullets Should NOT Have Rubberstamp on Being Nonlethal

Writing in the medical journal, The Lancet, (Volume 359, Issue 9320), the doctors indicated that wounds were distributed across the bodies of the victims. They pointed out that firing the bullets at civilians made it “impossible to avoid severe injuries to vulnerable body regions such as the head, neck and upper torso, leading to substantial mortality, morbidity and disability”.

They added: “We reported a substantial number of severe injuries and fatalities inflicted by use of rubber bullets when vulnerable upper-body regions such as the head, neck and upper torso were struck.

“This type of ammunition should therefore not be considered a safe method of crowd control.”

“From 1970 to 1975, the British military fired off 55,000 rounds of 5.9-inch (15-centimeter) rubber bullets in Northern Ireland, reportedly killing 13 people at a death rate of 1 in 18,000 rounds and resulting in a severe injury rate of 1 in 800.”

The rubber bullet has been portrayed as a “non-lethal” option and has gained preference in riot-control despite the fact that it was designed to be safer, several cases of fatalities continue to be reported. Most due to abuse in terms of range and location of the body targeted. This is a case report of such a fatality following shotgun rubber bullet injury, including the circumstance surrounding this unusual occurrence, the autopsy findings and reports of the ballistic analysis. Four projectiles penetrated the right chest lodging in the right lung and injuring the right pulmonary artery, causing death. The mechanism of death in this case is rapid massive pulmonary hemorrhage.

The injuries in 90 patients caused by rubber bullets are described. There was 1 death and 17 people in the series had permanent disabilities or deformities. In 41 patients the injuries necessitated admission to hospital. One fatality outside this series is known. Injuries to the head and neck were frequent and severe.

I may have missed a couple… apologies if so.

Dignity Deserved

I am often contacted when a situation has arisen due to my ability to dig until I find the rock bottom of the issue i.e. the facts before I put out an article with my take on it. Sometimes I will put out a feeler post which allows my readers to know that I am looking into a situation, so I can get sources which I did in this instance. I felt as though I had been handed a jigsaw puzzle, with the expectation of being able to put it all together… only having been handed 4 pieces, while the box says 5000 pieces on the side. I am appreciated for what I do by half of the area while the other half hates me as they either prefer to remain willfully ignorant or to keep others in the dark, which I have no idea. The ruffling of feathers is now something of which I have grown entirely accustomed.

 Caleb’s Deserved Dignity

As I watched the video for the third and fourth time, I noticed several things that have not yet been mentioned as I have browsed about the various well-known sites. In true to BeingFranc nature, I will do such fiercely and with the support of my strongest supporters. I recognize that this entire scenario is no-win for all involved due to how this was approached. Those of you who have made up your mind will not waiver in their opinion and I respect you but expect the same in return… it is a free country after all.
1. Heading straight to social media as a first option instead of Nutter Fort Primary was not a logical option that I can easily grasp if you were angry about your son being embarrassed. In fact, that is probably the polar opposite message I took from it when I first watched that 17-second clip with over 20K views. The teacher who did this wasn’t Caleb’s why not approach his full-time teacher? Why was this decision made to bypass her entirely without so much as a phone call? … it certainly feels to me as though it was made at Caleb’s expense.
Now, allow me to explain. I hear from parents regularly how they wish they could find a teacher that both cares and has the ability to connect with their child. After this event has been made so public with such a bombastic reaction that has since gone global, do you truly feel that just any teacher will feel secure working with Caleb without a concern in the back of her mind?
These are the considerations that no one has brought to the forefront, I hope to do just that.
2. I fully recognize my mother would have NEVER handled this situation as this young teacher did. However, my mom has 3 decades in the education field, while this teacher is only in her “2nd” year… you learn as you go as you do in ANY job.
3. If you notice as you are watching, there are two boys that were misbehaving during the play, definitely adding to the stress of the student/teacher dynamic and given that Caleb had already gone up to the mic twice the teacher felt that was more than enough for him to be sated with his performance given he had not been signed up for this play until that day.
((check the sources))
4. If you listen, you can hear someone talking in the background as he goes up, you can hear someone speaking and criticizing him during his other talking parts. This is obviously nothing you would have heard mentioned in the 17-second clip as it was but a blink into the glimpse of their play. If you are already that loud & criticizing, why not step up to correct the behavior of all the children on stage? De-escalate the painful tension that had been building? You are already being disruptive! Go big or go home!! Chances are, that would have saved everyone a lot of stress if you had!
5. The genuine reaction of all of the children when she does so is striking to me… as is the crowds. While I understand initially Caleb’s reaction is nearly that of a cartoon character because he is so genuine- bigger than life, the moment it became obvious that he was upset and this was not part of the show… the circumstances changed, yet no one tried to remedy that situation. His own parents didn’t step up for him to address the storm of emotions he was withstanding… not another teacher, not even the principal.
That is a question that needs to be asked by our Superintendent, Manchin. Now that was something that I did find UNPROFESSIONAL… or thoughtless should you consider it including the parents as well.
The group #GobbleGobble had a woman who asked this very same question, I screenshot it and will be adding it below.
6. I think the fact that he made his Native American costume into a turkey and came up to mic 3 times and said things without anyone making him stop shows compassion on the part of the teacher. Given that is what has been told to me by an array of parents in the audience at this point.
7. Inclusion is so widely appreciated across the nation, yet when it is implemented with a special needs child it creates instant outrage when they are treated equally as any other child would be treated. This is something that we as a society need to take a good hard look in the mirror about. Are we adult enough to handle this?
8. I went into the FB group, #gobblegobble believing that I would find a group of encouragement and kindness within. While there were a select few posts that were AMAZINGLY encouraging and kind… there were terrible and hateful posts in that group that encouraged harassing the teacher, posting the school and email address as well as posting a petition to have her fired. I found one post in particular that really said it all; it was a woman who suggested that the teacher not go back to work until she had further training to better understand those on the Autism spectrum… then immediately it went dark.
Another woman plunged it into a bottomless void where light dare not trek, saying something like, “oh no, we can’t let her off that easy, she has to pay.” Yeah, great to see hope lives, guys.
Petty people raise petty children and then they grow up to make lousy adults!! Can we all please try a bit harder on living with compassion!! Isn’t that what we are all aiming for?? That is the endgame here, YES??!!
9. Those on the autistic spectrum can bounce back better than we can. We fail to give them credit where credit is due!! I sincerely feel this in my heart of hearts. I have friends who are Autistic and their ability to adapt supersedes my own. They are NOT their condition, they can and do rise far above expectations of a label. So stop making them some frail label!!
As always, I provide 100% confidentiality to my sources.
I have heard from reliable sources;

“They’ve tried this before with another teacher previously. Only now, they went straight to social media, so people are sending him Christmas gifts and cards, parents are loving it. This teacher is very kind and yes she could have handled it differently, but good lord this is terrible. Teachers are being instructed to be quiet!!!!!!! I can tell you all regularly in this county teachers are being made out to be villains! Unacceptable! We deal with raising kids that parents don’t give a hoot about and then we deal with this!!!!” -Source Thursday PM

“The child didn’t have a permission slip to participate, then showed up that evening, and his parents demanded that he be able to participate. He didn’t practice. There was no turkey in the play… ever.” -Source Friday AM

With that being the case, why is it that Superintendent Manchin cannot simply state the truth instead of that statement he made about there being “no malice” with the actions taken by the teacher, which has only served to make the teacher look worse. Speak the truth, it is FAR better for all involved!!

But then, he is a Manchin, I suppose facts rolling off the tongue isn’t natural. *cough*

“No permission slip was filled out for Caleb to participate, he attended no practices. We had no idea he would even be attending the show, let alone participating. He showed up last minute and was given an Indian costume. Zero lines were assigned to him because of this. Never a part for a turkey, he was never to say “gobble gobble.” The play was over, despite his reaction. Children were not permitted outside at school today because the First Grade teacher and her children had their lives threatened due to this getting global attention. Manchin has put a gag order on all teachers!!” -Source Friday PM

OK, look!! You don’t like what happened, FINE.
You don’t like the teacher, FINE. You want her fired, UNDERSTOOD.
But, the moment you threaten a woman and her children’s lives you cross a line that is WAY beyond redemption.

This is my home, it may live in a state that finds itself the butt of many jokes. But this is my community, the one I have fought like hell to protect. We may have words with one another as many small towns do, might have political discord … but when it comes down to it, the hearts of most of the locals are worth their weight in gold… the others are simply lost. So, the scum that is harassing, threatening, and causing more hurt to my community – You are UNWELCOME! Your words are hurtful and inappropriate. Take your vicious & foul energies back to whence it came. BeGONE!

Clucking Hens

As for these clucking & cackling hens, they acted as if they were there with their larger than life caustic opinions! Long before now, my father and I learned we have no respect for them nor their unsolicited opinions! They know nothing of true burdens carried by blue collar workers as those who reside in the Appalachia! They spend more on their clothes in one month than we spend on the mortgage in a year. I ask you all legitimately, have any of these women ever been to West Virginia as a destination other than a possible pit stop, let alone Clarksburg? They only feed into outrage addiction that stretches across our society like a sickness. Do they truly care about this little boy Caleb or anyone in our state for that matter? My guess is no, this was something that topped out on the right side of FB as a “Trending” story so they recognized it would solicit a large following.
No more, no less. Feigned concern thus feigned outrage.
Now, remember this teacher has only been teaching for “2” years, which means half of her paycheck goes back into her classroom for supplies and needed items for her students’ education, she is still paying her student debt, and she spends way too much time working as she is trying to learn her profession. Those in the education profession are so under-appreciated and the idea that this teacher is now fencing death threats is beyond my scope of comprehension. This is why we have so many who are painfully undereducated in our country… we cannot keep those who want to be teachers in the field of education because of situations like this, as unfortunate as they are…this child was not gravely injured, he left that evening with all of his digits intact, has laughed since and will continue to thankfully.
So, what do you say we all slow down with the pitchforks and torches? I am certain that every single one of you has had an off day in your lives, I know I certainly have and will again.
There is a reason Jesus said ye without sin cast the first stone. Good people make mistakes all the time, it doesn’t make that person bad, it simply means that person did badly. We all have bad days. For a “supposedly” Christian nation we sure do suck at turning the other cheek, let alone forgiving.
Let’s try harder as a species, shall we?

Logic Tells; How Trump Won

I began writing this opinion piece the morning of Nov, 9th, 2016. I apologize for the time it has taken for me to get it published.

“The Silent Majority Stands With Trump.”

Remember that quote on the signs being held by Trump’s supporters? It served as both a slogan and, as we have found out… It was a warning. A warning that went completely unheeded by every major news outlet. They laughed it off. “That’s great kiddos, but Clinton has the vocal majority, good game.” **Butt pat** Yet the election results prove that the slogan was indeed true. A huge silent majority overwhelmed the predicted polling outcome. Why was this the key factor? Why were the polls off so radically?

For starters, the Democrats made a terrible assumption, one that hadn’t caused them any trouble up until now: They assumed that states that historically voted blue would continue. And this is where all the action happens. Every polling prediction used this assumption as a jump point, taking them for granted. They focused heavily on battleground states, ignoring the possibility that their home base was susceptible to attack. They consistently ignored the warning of a silent majority. Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan have been blue for the past two decades. This election, each one flipped red, undermining the crystal ball of pundit predictions. It was precisely when this flip happened that everyone began panicking and Clinton’s odds of winning plummeted. The silent majority struck, and it hit hard. But why were they silent up until now? The Clinton campaign made it acceptable, trendy, and downright cool to hate Trump supporters.

The Clinton campaign colluded with major corporate media news outlets (as evidenced from WikiLeaks) and constantly pumped out negative videos of Trump while largely ignoring the constant scandals Hillary found herself enveloped in. In his speeches, Trump often made remarks of certain minority groups. These remarks usually included praise alongside criticism, and he usually made sure to add that he didn’t say that a minority group as a whole was to blame. We have all known a boss that gives a critique with three nice things, well that was how Trump rolled out his campaign speeches. The news outlets pounced on this with both feet. It wasn’t hard, they just had to edit out or not show the parts where Trump explained himself. As a result, the people who actually attended his rallies saw perfectly reasonable statements and those who didn’t only saw edited footage that showed him making racist and/or outlandish remarks with no clarification. On top of that, the edited footage was often spliced with cheering from his audience. Any reasonable person seeing a clip like that, without knowing it was edited, would rightly be horrified by both Trump and his supporters. And so THEE divide was created. “Trump is racist and his supporters are racist” became the justification for hating Trump supporters. From that point on, any person who outed themselves as a Trump supporter while in a liberal circle could expect to get shamed. The better option was to stay silent.

The Clinton campaign didn’t stop there. They paid celebrities large sums of money to endorse Hillary, put on concerts during HRC’s campaign speeches, all in an effort to reach a millennial base. They even paid many prominent YouTubers to endorse her, videos of which can be found right now (along with videos by YouTubers who called out that kind of play and refused). They made it seem like all the “cool kids” were supporting Hillary, and against the evil that was Trump. How does a Trump supporter argue against a pop culture icon telling everyone they are evil? …Should probably stay silent instead.

With the corporate mainstream media calling out Trump supporters as evil, celebrities saying the same, and even many universities deeming pro-Trump comments as “hate speech,” it’s not hard to see why the silent majority formed and became as potent as it was. The Democrats tried to show that passing judgment on groups of people as a whole was bigoted. And yet that’s exactly what they did by lumping all Trump supporters into a “basket of deplorables.” That palpable irony was not lost on the silent majority.

The DNC collusion against Bernie Sanders created “Bernie bros.” It’s well known now that the Democratic primary was not fairly fought. Bernie Sanders was backstabbed by the very party he was representing fairly and honestly, due to it’s higher financial and political interest in a Clinton presidency.Yet, Bernie’s message touches the hearts of many who sought to overthrow the establishment and very system Clinton represented. When he was betrayed by the DNC, many of his supporters refused to back Clinton, the one who unfairly robbed the man they put their faith in of a fair fight. They saw in Bernie an outsider who would bring change to the system, and who else was a populist icon who also wanted to bring down the establishment?

You guessed it. Well… you can’t really announce out loud that you were for Bernie and now for Trump. See the point above. The silent majority grew even more. Legitimate issues went unaddressed by Clinton. Trump wanted to “Make America Great Again”. How was he going to do this? We still don’t know, but it does involve a lot of winning… apparently.
